AB Acute  onset  of  renal  failure.Fever,  skin  rash,  and  peripheral  eosinophilia  in  a  minority  of  cases.Mild  proteinuria,  hematuria,  and  sterile  pyuria;  eosinophiluria  detected  by  Hansel's  or  Wright's  stain.Tubular  dysfunction,  manifested  as  glycosuria,  aminoaciduria,  potassium  wasting,  magnesium  wasting.
