AB Key  Clinical  Updates  in  Spine  ProblemsHeat  treatments  have  shown  to  have  short-term  benefits  for  acute  low  back  pain.There  is  good  evidence  that  spinal  manipulation  and  acupuncture  provide  short-term  improvement  compared  with  usual  care  alone.Intra-articular  steroid  injections  and  cooled  radiofrequency  ablation  of  the  sacral  lateral  branch  nerves  and  dorsal  ramus  of  L5  can  be  considered  for  patients  with  persistent  sacroiliac  joint  pain.
