AB Bahadir  Inozu,  Ph.D.,  is  a  Founding  Partner  and  the  Chief  Executive  Officer  of  NOVACES,  a  leading  provider  of  continuous  process  improvement  and  project  management  consulting  and  training  services.  He  is  a  Lean  Six  Sigma  Master  Black  Belt  and  a  Theory  of  Constraints  Jonah.  Dr.  Inozu  has  more  than  20  years  of  performance-improvement  experience  in  government  and  the  healthcare,  maritime,  and  maintenance,  repair,  and  overhaul  (MRO)  industries.  He  led  more  than  20  major  applied  research  projects  and  wrote  more  than  70  journal  articles  and  conference  papers  while  he  was  a  professor  at  the  University  of  New  Orleans.
