Trunk is usually spared.Co-occurring diseases include monoclonal paraproteinemias, lymphoproliferative disorders, chronic infection, autoimmune conditions, and connective tissue diseases.Pathology consists of leukocytoclastic vasculitis in early stage lesions and a granulation-tissue-like response with fibrosis in later stages.
