AB  - |PrintAutosensitization  Dermatitis  at  a  GlanceAn  acute  disorder  triggered  by  infection,  stasis  and  contact  dermatitides,  ionizing  radiation,  blunt  trauma,  and  retained  suture  material.Widespread,  pruritic,  usually  papulovesicular  eruption,  most  frequently  affecting  the  extremities.Related  features  are  those  of  the  precipitating  disorder.Pathology  is  nondiagnostic  and  most  often  consistent  with  an  acute  spongiotic  process  of  the  epidermis  with  a  superficial,  perivascular,  lymphohistiocytic  infiltrate  of  the  dermis  containing  occasional  eosinophils.
